Digital and Music Matters and Music Matters Live 2012 return for the seventh year to bring all that matters in digital entertainment, music and technology industries under one roof in Asia.
Organised by Branded Ltd, the events will be held during one spectacular week in Singapore.

Music Matters is the pioneer music industry event in the Asia-Pacific region that features key players in the global music industry. The 2012 programme features keynote interviews and performances, with a special spotlight on the ‘live’ music scene in China, Korea and Asia, and an unrivalled line-up of music industry movers and shakers including artists and managers to record labels, promoters and music publishers.

2011 saw the successful launch of Digital Matters, the conference that addresses the critical issues of content monetisation and production in the digital age. As technological innovation continues to change lives, the digital discussion has become more detailed and wide ranging. Building from last year’s achievements, Digital Matters has solidified its place as a premier event on the digital entertainment industry calendar and is produced in association with Asia’s leading multichannel industry association, CASBAA.

Gaming Matters produced with GameSpot, is the latest addition to this year’s event. Covering all aspects of the ‘Gamification’ process – turning almost all forms of entertainment into games – this essential workshop sheds light on how to monetise business through gaming and innovative technologies. This workshop will help those who wish to break into and/ or understand more about turning films, TV shows, music and other forms of content into popular games.

Music Matters Live is the grand finale after a full-week of conferences. Everyone, from music executives to music fans, are invited to enjoy this free ‘live’ music festival which will be held in Singapore’s most iconic entertainment and dining destination – Clarke Quay. The line-up this year includes emerging and renowned international, Asian and Singaporean acts and the event will be concurrently beamed ‘live’ via Official Broadcast Partner, YouTube for the very first time, allowing an international audience to plug into the event’s electric vibe.
